My baby is F-O-U-R
I don't know why time has to go so fast when it comes to our kids. It seems just like a few years ago I gave birth to my oldest, yet she is a beautiful young woman, eighteen and soon to be off on her own.

Movie Review - To Save A Life
Friday night I took my 16yo son to see the movie To Save A Life. It was edited nicely and wasn't at all like you would expect low budgeted movies to be. I was quite impressed with the actors and actresses. The movie sends a powerful message to teens that they can change a person's life by simply being a friend and having faith in Jesus Christ can help them deal with life's struggles. The movie tackled several issues that today's teens deal with including peer pressure, alcohol, pre-marital sex, drugs, abortion, adoption, divorce, cutting and suicide. There were several times I was in tears but also found myself laughing at a few scenes. I would definitely recommend this movie to ALL teens.
I was glad to see it made $1.5million this past weekend and only opened in 441 theaters across the US.

What Faith Can Do
Kutless has a song titled What Faith Can Do and it hit the airwaves during a troubling time in my life. I left my husband at the end of October and the kids I moved to another house. One day while sitting at a red light, this song came on and tears flowed. It was a message from God telling me that everything was going to be alright and I could overcome this. All I have to do is keep the faith and watch what He can do for me. Since that time the kids and I have moved back HOME and we are still struggling but we are making strides. Each day brings new challenges and at times I feel like giving up but that would be too easy.
